Hospital Clínic de Barcelona participates as a strategic partner in the European project FATE (Fall Detector for the Elderly), an autonomous system for fall detection for the elderly pioneer in its field. Work on it together public and private actors in order to create a reliable tool available to the entire community.

At this point Hospital Clínic asks for help to organize a live user experience analysis in order to increase human interaction, measure feedback and discover some hidden valuable data.
Placing the patient at the center of the dynamics, we hosted a user experience activity in which we coach patients and relatives to directly impact in the system FATE.
Meanwhile, our production team move in audiovisual format the essence of research in order to communicate in a fun work done to different interest groups, as well as explore new opportunities for commercial development of research products the field of health.
During the experience we were able to deepen in participants’ interaction with the main device and empower their capabilities to design a better version.
Simultaneously we experience a real-life situation of the system performance, on-time contrasting some valuable information to researchers and technical staff.
